Lord God Almighty, You are the great giver. Your generosity is the shield that protects my heart from the arrows of a scarcity mentality. Enable me to emulate You in this regard. Delightfully scattering what has been divinely planted is a most worthy goal. Seeking to please others before myself is the mold which makes the key fit the lock to contentment. Lord, increase the spiritual vigor of Your loved one by allowing holy partnership in Your work. It is only those who pour out who can be replenished with fresh content. Make my efforts useful, Lord. Through spiritual disciplines and holy diligence of devotion, enhance latent talent and dormant understanding. Remind me that the mountains I climb I do not climb alone. Reveal to me that the battles I face I am fully equipped for because You have provided the armor. I do not know the depth of compassion unless another’s tears provoke such a response. I do not know my heart strength until faced with Goliath. Use these gracious lessons for transformation, Jesus. Let me teach others what You have so meticulously taught to me. Under the blessedness of Psalm 135:14-15 and the authority of Christ, I pray.
