I ask for grace in seeking You, Lord. Reveal to me the hidden treasures in Your Word. Lead me into the depth of Your heart. You are the answer to all mystery. Enable me to separate myself from any and all other things. My soul chooses You and only You. I am fully aware of my need. In the power of repentance turn me from evil. Comfort my troubled soul with promises of redemption. It is a promise only You can make, Jesus. Center me on the ever-expanding glory of salvation. My thoughts are surrendered to You. My affections I yield to truth. My desires I conform to Your will. Let the diverging streams of my heart, soul, mind, and strength come together in one thing – love for You. My soul draws near to You with intensity that desires holy connection. In You, I am never disappointed, Lord. My seeking efforts may be lacking at times, but in those moments, I pray You grab my attention and pull me toward Yourself. Do not let me stray, Lord. Tighten the tether that keeps me beneath the protection of Your love. Under the canopy of Your Word in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 and the authority of Christ, my blessed Savior, I bow in obedient prayer.

The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
