Jesus, You are the source of hope and light and love in the world I inhabit. I am desperate for You, Lord. Empower me by Your Holy Spirit so that I am a vessel of all that You desire to gift to the community through me. Dazzle me with the light of life that exists in relationship with You. Shatter all illusions that divide me from truth as You show me how to avoid vain contradictions inside my soul. May Your servant twinkle with defiant faith that increases trust in You. May I jingle with the joy of salvation that surprises me daily. May I glow with the grace of God which will break through the barriers of another’s darkened heart. In the middle of spiritual warfare, remind me of who You say I am so that my eyes remain opened wide to view the beyond where You are waiting eagerly to catch me when I fall. I invite You to transform my heart and free my mind in Christ in order that I can walk in the freedom bought by the cross. To Your glory, I will open this incredible gift. To Your glory, I will partake of all You have called me to in Your Name. Under the message of the gospel in Galatians 5:1 and the authority of Christ Jesus, these prayers are my fragrant offering to You, O God.

Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don’t be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.
