Steadfast Lord of the Universe, be a firm foundation upon which Your beloved child can rest a weary soul. Replenish me with the living water of truth from Your Word as You use it to confirm the direction which I am to move in. The longing of my heart is to remain on the path of Your will. Brush away webs of doubt and fear that the enemy attempts to confuse me with as You draw me to the deep places of Your own heart, where I can find everything I have been searching for. Forgive me for wandering into the land of distraction in pursuit of lesser things which lured me with the illusion of being everything. Build me up to take my place in the hall of faith because You have designated a specific role that only I can fill in this life. Reveal to me another portion of the mystery, Lord, as You continue to woo my soul. Under the mighty Word of Ephesians 1:8-10 and the authority of Christ, I lift these prayers to heaven.
