Precious is Your Word, O Lord, my God, for through it You have brought life to the deadened soul of Your servant. Great God Almighty, whose arms reach into the miry pit to pull me out of the snare to self, let Your mighty deliverance free the heart of Your beloved. Hold me tenderly as You fit every broken piece together into a glorious masterpiece that only You have the master design for. I thank You, Father, that the work of Your hands is perfect and precise even when it is painful. Keep creating Your precious treasure in me. Keep restoring my desirable soul. Keep reshaping the shards caused by pain inflicted by the devourer until his shrapnel is smooth and renders me no harm. Under the magnificent reminder of Psalm 73:23 and the authority of Christ, word made flesh, these prayers are humbly placed into Your gracious, artistic hands, O Lord.
