My blessed Father in heaven, let Your Name be exalted and lifted up over and through the life of the servant that You love. Bring me to quiet confidence in You because You are the Lord of glory. Instill in me the motivation necessary to finish the steps toward the goal of the upward prize of heaven. Diminish a spirit of laziness and distraction that takes me off the course You have placed me on. With the power of Your Holy Spirit, enable me to relegate myself to the balance between responsibility and following my dreams. Father, align the dreams that fuel my heart’s desire with Your plan and purpose for my life so that perpetual chaos and unrest is not my constant companion. With You, nothing is impossible. With You, I can finish what has been started. Under the Word of Philippians 1:6 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I pray.

And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you
will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
