Sovereign Lord, Maker of heaven and earth, glory be to Your Name. Every syllable of love that You speak through Your Word refreshes my soul. Every blessed moment of awareness in Your presence quickens my soul. Every blessed moment of awareness in Your presence quickens my heart with delight. Lord, make my soul bud with holy desires. Make my mind blossom with wisdom that it is the fragrance of Christ. My desire is to have thoughts which please You. My hope is to treasure with gratitude the sweetest gift of salvation. So, I seek You, my King, with the entirety of my being. I seek You so that I may worship You in Spirit and truth. I give You my vigor. I serve You with the zeal of love. In all my ways let me acknowledge You for You are the Lord of my life. Under the majesty of Your Word in Psalm 69:6 and the authority of Christ, I pray.

Let not those who hope in You be put to shame through me,
