My holy and merciful Savior, my soul cries out to You from the depths and center of all that I am. Only You can fulfill my longing for sweet communion with my Creator. Only You can satisfy the restlessness that distracts me. Let my prayer begin a conversation between our hearts. Your heart is altogether lovely and admirable, God. Your majesty is beyond measure. Such profound peace is discovered in Your presence. Such utter delight is manifested by receiving Your grace. Let my life be nourished by Your Word alone. Let my pleasure be found in worship. Lead me, my Lord, to walk the path of faith in gentle humility. Slay the pride that hinders my steps. Take my heart into Your hands until it beats in perfect rhythm with Your Kingdom purpose. Under the Word of Romans 13:11 and the authority of Christ, I pray in grateful worship.

Besides this you know the time, that the hour has come
