My sovereign Lord and holy King, let my soul not hesitate in its obedience to You. Let my heart not resist the overwhelming influx of divine love flowing from the cross of Calvary. Only Your presence can satisfy all my yearnings. Only Your glory can motivate my actions. From the depths of my being, let me cry out: “I yield, Lord Jesus. Take me, I am Yours.” Let me not shrink from Your guidance. Let me not fear my vulnerability. I want to love You, Lord God, with utter abandonment. I want to serve You with steadfast devotion. Make me Your willing vessel as Your perfect love casts out all fear. Make me Your extreme delight as the thoughts of my heart dwell on You and only You. Truly, Lord Jesus, Your yoke is easy and Your burden light. Of what does my soul need to fear when I am safe within the strength of Your tethering Spirit? Manifest Yourself to me, Lord, each day, so I can walk along the path illuminated by the light of Your Word. Teach Your beloved child how to be loved and abide in You now and forever more. Under the Word graciously given in John 14:21 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I bow in humble prayer.

Whoever has My commands and keeps them is the one who loves Me.
