The LORD is God, the LORD is One! He is mighty. He rules over the earth and over the spiritual realms. He is sovereign. He has authority over my soul, over my mind, over my life. With His majesty, He obliterates all darkness. He rids me of my sin. With His strength, He lifts me up from the deep pit into which I have fallen. The One who has set the foundations of this world sets me apart by His Son and His righteousness. Jesus stepped out of eternity. Jesus made a way back to God. Jesus, You are my life! Eternity rests in Your hands; and You have so lovingly placed it into my heart. How I ache for the home You have created for me with You. How I long for Your presence each and every moment. O LORD, come quickly; do not tarry for I cannot bear to wait. Take my hand, dear Jesus, and usher me into Your Kingdom of beauty and light. Help me through the power of Your Holy Spirit to pass each day here in a manner that brings You glory. Under the powerful Word of truth found in John 17:3 and the authority of Christ, I pray.

And this is eternal life, that they may know You,
