Today’s Prayer

Lord of the harvest, turn my unfruitfulness into a bounty of abundance for the sake of Your great Name. Pull up the weeds that have infested my heart with selfishness. Till the soil that has become barren due to the lack of daily nutrients from Your Word. Jesus, my Savior, pour Your Spirit over me until all that is dry within me is saturated with Your divine, incorruptible love. For only the rain that falls from heaven will anoint Your beloved with the holiness that separates me to bring forth fruit for Your Kingdom. Lord, You have called me out of the darkness and into the light so that all You have planted may grow and flourish. You are the fountain of eternal life from which my soul can drink until all thirst within is quenched. Grow Your beloved in grace and the knowledge of You, the Great I AM. Take the fertile soil of my mind and seed it with Your truth and only Your truth. God, guard me from the enemy who attempts to sow in the land of my soul where he does not belong. My heart is Yours, Jesus. My soul is Your domain. I surrender all rights to garden the lands within me because only You truly know the terrain of my innermost being. Bring Your heavenly garden to burst forth with life from inside of me, Lord. Strengthen and nourish the grounds so that I can grow in patience, love, faith, humility and zeal in the Name of my King. Under the blessed reminder in Leviticus 20:26 and the authority of Christ, I offer these prayerful petitions.

You shall be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy
and have separated you from the peoples,
that you should be Mine.
Leviticus 20:26, ESV
