May my soul be a blessing to You, O God. May my body be worthy to be Your dwelling place, O Holy Spirit. Let me not forget all that the LORD has done for those He loves. Let me live for Jesus because He died for me. With every sin forgiven and every wound healed, let me rejoice in the presence of my Savior. Crowned with His perfect love and dazzling mercy, may eternity begin here and now. Wrapped in His goodness and in awe of His majesty, let me reflect the beauty of the LORD in every part of life. My God restores me. My King dazzles me with His love. He makes me new through the cleansing of His living water. O God, my LORD, You have turned the wrong into right. You have made my darkness into Your light. You have shown me Your unfathomable love in the face of Your Son. You have not discarded Your servant though this is what I deserved. But You have made me Your own. You have promised me as bride to Your only Son. My heart cannot hold such a love as this; for it is too deep for words and too amazing for emotion. The deep things of God, the mystery of His love, are found in intimacy with Jesus. How can this be? This love so divine that is given to me? Show me how to please Your heart, my LORD. Show me the path You wish me to take. Lead me and use me for Your Kingdom purposes. Every desire is rooted in You, my LORD. Every thought and deed is purposed to bring You glory. Empower me to be a blessing to You, my Sovereign LORD, my King. Under the Word of the Lord in Psalm 103:1-5 and the authority of Christ, I bow in prayer.
Bless the Lord, O my soul;
and all that is within me, bless His holy name!
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and forget not all His benefits,
who forgives all your iniquity,
who heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the Pit,
who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
who satisfies you with good as long as you live
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Psalm 103:1-5, RSV
Let me not forget all that the LORD has done for those He loves–Amen!
