Lord, my God, cover me with Your holy anointing for such a time as this. I am in desperate need of Your guidance, Lord. Show me the way to go. Lead me in the path of everlasting life. When the road before me appears treacherous and difficult to navigate, take me step by step in accordance with Your will. There is no better supervision than Your holy Word. There is no better source of peace than the indwelling of Your Spirit. Make me Your vessel, Jesus. I rejoice that Your power to create all things new touches my life at the beginning of a new year. Grant me the fortitude and resolve to become more reflective of You in the days ahead. May the ending of my life be the legacy of truth-bearing which You designed me for. Help me to see the privilege of serving alongside others in pursuit of Your Kingdom coming, Lord Jesus. Whatever I have to offer that will further Your purposes and plans, equip me for such tasks, Lord God. Whatever I have to give that will share Your love, instill in me a heart of surrender. I am Yours, God. Under the mighty Word of promise in Esther 4:14 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I humbly pray.

If you keep quiet at a time like this, deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place, but you and your relatives will die. Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?
