My Sovereign Lord, let the cords of love bind me eternally to Your heart. For You are altogether lovely, Jesus. Fill the empty crevices of my soul with revelation of heaven’s beauty. Let my admiration of the Word of God manifested in His Son forever transform my life and subsequently the lives of all with whom I come into contact. Lord, I want to move through the day fully conscious of Your perfection. Awaken my being until I am fully enchanted with Your greatness, Your goodness and loving-kindness. Mesh the moments of my life into one resplendent ray of glory to the One whom my soul loves, my Creator, my Lord. Make my faith an adamant reflection of true love by the manifesting power of Your indwelling Spirit. For to love You, Lord, is a work of Your Spirit. To love You is a response of my heart because You loved me first. Position Your beloved in this positive reality Lord until the negativity is rendered mute and the condemnation impotent. Let me say with the positive assurance of faith – ‘It is well with my soul.’ For I have met the One my soul loves. He is my Savior and my King. Now and forevermore shall He reign in my heart. Under the beauty of the Word of truth in 1 John 4:18-19 and the authority of Christ Jesus I bow in adoring prayer.

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. We love because He first loved us.
