My precious Savior, how sweet is the winding path that takes Your beloved through the domain of grace. Thick are the boundaries of Your divine love with which You hem me in. At one time I thought the straight and narrow way to be impossible to traverse. Thankfully, the imprint of Your bloodied footsteps marked exactly the course mapped out for me. How glorious was that invitation to follow You! Two simple words requiring a response of eternal significance. “Follow Me!” Let the summons echo across the borders of time and space until it reaches into the hearts of those destined to be Yours, Jesus. Inspire a daring faith that invokes love and promotes hope in a dying world. For within the Kingdom borders of grace, all good things are found. In reverential gratitude I come before You, Jesus, thankful that You did not give up until You found me and saved my wretched soul. Praise be to Your Name now and forevermore. Under the beauty of the Word given in John 12:44-47 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I humbly pray before the altar of the great and mighty King of Kings.
And Jesus cried out and said, “Whoever believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me. And whoever sees Me sees Him who sent Me. I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in Me may not remain in darkness. If anyone hears My words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world.”
