My Lord and my King, pour Your Living Water upon the thirsty canvas of my soul. Paint a masterpiece of grace with the life You have given me. The cross is Your mighty brush that soaks up the color of salvation in order to lavishly spread it across the lifeless ground of my heart. Father, replenish Your servant to holiness. Woo my heart with the stirrings of devoted love. Bring back the fascination of worship and of glorifying Your presence. Take the barren and withered fragments of my soul, Jesus, and bring forth fruit. Make me useful to the Kingdom as You create a picture of life where once there was only a shadow of death. My Savior, I gladly drink of the water poured out by Your scarred hands. Use it profusely to blend the colors of forgiveness, hope and faith until my heart is quickened by the sight of such a reflective glory. Make this life a picture, a holy representation, of who You are to me, Lord Jesus. Under the beautiful holiness of the Word given in Ephesians 2:10 and the authority of Christ Jesus, I pray.
