My Lord and my King, endow Your servant with holiness that seeks out righteous justice. Curtail my human tendency to judge when I do not have a total picture of volatile situations. Let me seek the peace of Your Spirit. Remind me that Your sovereignty overshadows all adversity. Your goodness vanquishes all evil. Help me choose the good, Lord, because evil is so stealthy. Prosper Your servants in Your presence, Lord. Cultivate the fruit of the Spirit within the hearts of those belonging to You. For only then will justice shine like the new day. Let peace bring calm to chaos. Let joy bring relief to sorrow. Let kindness replace entitlement. Let mercy replace condemnation. Lord God Almighty, let love reign. It is You who performs marvelous deeds, You who lifts the downtrodden out of the pit. You are the one who upholds the righteous by the power of Your Name. Let justice flourish across the landscape because those belonging to Christ have bloomed in light against the present darkness.
