Unexpressed love is like a seed planted in the dark ground and neglected. Without water or sunlight it fails to grow; it never blossoms; it does not produce fruit. The seed that was full of enormous potential never becomes what it was intended to be. Rather, the barren ground leads one to question whether it existed at all.
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.”
John 13:34-35, NIV
