This book was a gift from a friend that turned out to be quite the blessing. It truly surprised me because I didn’t think it was something I would have picked for myself. Sometimes the best stories are divinely discovered. This is one of those.

The characters are relatable and make it easy to draw personal parallels that reach out from between the words and pages. It almost felt as if I was going on a women’s retreat without leaving home.

Through the eyes of four very real and complex women, this story is quite the spiritual journey. It is a wonderful blend of fiction and spiritual counseling that keeps you thinking and opens the door to self-reflection. A worthy investment of time no matter where you are in spiritual journey.
