My blessed Lord and Savior, let me bow reverently beneath the beauty of peace which only You can offer my chaotic soul. Jesus, take me into the space where I can abide in Your love even amidst the multitude of activities in this life. For Your peace is powerfully energetic. Your peace invigorates my soul when the peace this world offers only lulls me to death-like stupor. Lord, let me not lead a sluggish life in Your Name. Bring me to serve You in the abundance Your saving grace has brought me. Though everything this world offers seeks to steal the joy and peace You bring to the hearts of those who adore You, Lord, let me find refuge in the sweetness of life in Christ. Yours is the beauty, the rest, the purpose in me. Under the beautiful Word of Isaiah 26:3-4 and the authority of Christ, I lay these prayers upon the altar of the King of Kings in praise and worship.

You keep him in perfect peace
    whose mind is stayed on You,
    because he trusts in You.
