My Lord, infuse my daily devotion to You with white hot zeal and passion. Let my labor not be in vain, Jesus. You have led me to the hidden treasure of the depths of Your heart. Though my soul was in chaos within me, You chose to throw Your Spirit into my mess. And, by Your Spirit, the work of my hands prospers. By Your strength, I am sustained in seasons of weariness. By Your grace, I traverse the ground for battle. Lord, grant me such divine anointing that Your call upon me becomes unstoppable. Grant me such energy that even physical affliction cannot thwart Your plan. I am filled with infirmities of both mind and body so that I am constantly aware of how much I need You, Lord Jesus. Set my internal compass toward eternity. Make my heart blaze with truth. Set every spoken word on fire with a reflection of Your glory. Lord, let Your beloved not become lukewarm in adoration and abiding love. Under the majestic warning of the Word in Revelation 3:14-16 and the authority of Christ, I pray.
The One Who says, Let it be so, the One Who is faithful,
the One Who tells what is true, the One Who made everything in God’s world,
says this: I know what you are doing.
You are not cold or hot. I wish you were one or the other.
But because you are warm, and not hot or cold,
I will spit you out of My mouth.
