My Lord and my God, birth such a faith in me that I need not see the nail-scars in Your hand or the wound in Your side to believe. Root me deep in the assurance of Your promises as I seek You in the intimacy of quiet prayer. Call me to withdraw with You. Lord, don’t give up on Your beloved. I scarcely appreciate the perfection of Your love that is beyond corruption. I offer You so little in return. Yet, with my meager offering I give You all of myself. Before my King I was a rebel who committed treason. In Christ, I come before You, Father, as a child adopted and desirous of my Father’s forgiveness. Let me not be afraid, but in humility, I present my request before You, casting all care upon the altar. Whatever Your decision, Lord, I yield to Your will. Help me to accept it no matter how difficult. I know Your love for me is great. Your ways are beyond my understanding. Even in poverty, my soul is rich because I have the love of my Father who supplies all my needs. Under the Word of truth in Philippians 4:19 and the authority of Christ, I humbly pray.
And my God will supply every need of yours
according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
