I want to believe in the God of heaven. I want to believe wildly in the LORD. He is my King. He is my Savior. I want to run into Your arms with full abandon. Let me not be satisfied with prayers that are thin and distant. Grant me prayers that are reckless and intimate. O that my heart would beat to the same wild rhythm as Yours. O that my words would be Your words. O that I would move when Your Spirit moves, speak when Your Spirit speaks. Grace me, my LORD, not just the ability to feel Your presence but to experience it. May I not just know You but be in loving relationship with You. For Your love is wild. It is not tame nor subdued but is fiery and passionate. I want to live for You, through You and with You or I do not want to live at all. Your holiness is breathtaking and Your truth is piercing. Your guidance is grounding and Your faithfulness astounding. Ground every fiber of my being in Your truth so that I may believe wildly in You. Without constraint, I give You my heart. Without constraint, I pledge my soul. Without hesitation, I take my thoughts captive to You. Give me Your protection so that fear will not keep me from trusting You beyond my own capacity. For Your wild love is all encompassing. Your power is all consuming. Let me be consumed with belief in You, Jesus. Let me obediently love You, my LORD. Under the Word of God in Isaiah 28:16-17 and the authority of Christ, I pray.

Therefore the Lord Yahweh says, “Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious cornerstone of a sure foundation. He who believes shall not act hastily.  I will make justice the measuring line, and righteousness the plumb line. The hail will sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters will overflow the hiding place.”
