My Lord, make Your servant diligent in seeking more of You each day. Your grace sufficiently empowers me with the good progress of my soul. In repentance, I have come to You. In faith, You have accepted my soul. In holiness, You cultivate the ground within my heart. Such gifts are an extravagant display of Your amazing love, Lord God. Move every fiber of my being so that I more closely mirror Your heart, Jesus. Lead me in the way of living to attain the wonders of Your grace. Cultivate deep roots of faithfulness which will reach toward the living waters of the knowledge of truth and the light of Your glory. Set a fire within my bones, Lord. A fire that will burn up my natural tendency toward indolence and apathy. Let me labor in hearing with the ears of my soul open. Let me read with the eyes of my heart possessing the clarity only Your Spirit can give me. Let me pray in earnest vulnerability, knowing that Your love threatens any lingering fear within me. May no stone remain unturned as I devotedly seek You for the enhancing power of my soul’s advancement. Increase in me what is most beneficial for Your glory and most in line with Your will, God. Under the mighty Word of truth set down in Matthew 6:33 and the authority of Christ, I pray.

 But seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
