Lord, Your epic journey to the cross quickens my heart with holy amazement. Magnify the faith You have given me, Lord Jesus, until my loving response to You shimmers like the diamonds of heaven scattered across the nightly canvas. May every step I take be accomplished in faith. May each breath be an inhalation of gratitude and an exhalation of worship. My courage is only as steadfast as my faith in You, Lord. Let it never falter. When difficulties trip me up, let me trust in You to lift me over earthly perspectives that discourage and onto eternal perspectives of peace. In Your sovereignty my refuge is bordered. You alone know the ultimate destination of this path of life. Take me where I can find more of You each day. May the floodwaters of forgiveness cleanse my dirty soul. May the grace flowing from the empty tomb empower me with life anew. Take up Your rightful residency upon the throne of my heart, Holy Spirit of God Almighty. You have done it all! It is finished. Let me live in fullness with my Savior in this finished space in history until the next chapter of Your story, God.
